6. No Legal or Financial Advice
We are not lawyers, accountants, or lenders. Our coaching is educational and supportive but is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice.

Clearly Forward Solutions is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by factors outside our control, including lender decisions or inaccurate information provided by clients.

In return, for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Just send written notice as outlined in your client agreement.
