- You have used our services for at least six months from the date of enrollment.

- You have not worked with another credit consulting or repair service in the two years prior to signing up.
- You agree to provide us with updated reports from all three major reporting agencies within 5 days of receiving them.
- You agree to monitor and share updated reports every 15 to 45 days and notify us if you do not receive updates as expected.
